Load Runner Performance Engineer

Introduction
The Load Runner Performance Engineer will be responsible for working with project teams to develop performance test plans and to construct specialized scenarios to measure product scalability, stability and fault tolerance. The results of performance testing will be analyzed, reported and recommendations clearly communicated.
In addition, the Load Runner Performance Engineer will assist in the creation of new performance environments across a variety of platforms, both distributed and mainframe. This individual will also lead the effort to institutionalize the use of our standardized performance tools and processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience with HP/Mercury LoadRunner. Certification preferred.
- Experience writing complex Java scripts and scenarios within LoadRunner.
- Experience performing Load and Stress Testing of enterprise class applications.
- Experience reviewing results and presenting performance findings.
- Experience analyzing technical data in order to identify system and network bottlenecks.
- Experience writing clear and concise technical documents.
- B.S/M.S. or equivalent degree

The Senior Configuration Engineer (SCE) is responsible for supporting continuous integration, standardizing build environments, developing build automation frameworks, and integrating QA testing into the build process. Technical Requirements
- Experience with Java and demonstrable knowledge of EARS and JARS

- Substantial experience with Rational ClearCase in a UCM environment
